Characters:	It is a colorless monoclinic flake crystal with relative density of 3.012, mp 780°C. It losses crystal water at 32°C. It is soluble in hot water, slightly soluble in cold water and inorganic acids, insoluble in ammonia. It is oxidized to titanium dioxide by heat to 500°C. It is toxic!
