A.General Introductions
Made mainly from epoxy resin which has excellent chemical resistance and mechanicalness, and it is applicable to painting of metalwork that has the higher requirement of erosion resistance, electric insulativity, and pliability.
B. Product Series
We can offer standard type and cryogenic curing powder coating products. It can produce the product of high gloss (above 80 percents), half gloss (50-80 percents), sub-gloss (30-50 percents), honed(15-30)and the matt(below10%). The gloss can also be controlled by the requirement of consumers.
C. Physical Characteristics of the Powder
Proportion ( 25℃.g/cm3 ): 1.4-1.7
Particle-size distribution: 100 percent lower 100 micron ( it can be adjusted according to particular requirement of painting )}
D. Curing Conditions
A 200℃ ( work piece temperature ), 15 minutes
B 180℃ ( work piece temperature ), 15 minutes
C 140℃ ( work piece temperature ), 15 minutes
E. Average Percentage of Coverage
9-12 sq.m./ kg., with a coat thickness of 60 micron (calculated by 100 percent
occupation coefficient for powder coating )
