Rotary Joint/Rotary Union-MXQ2

MXQ2 series adopts double-spherical sealing and double-pole external supporting structure. 1. The shell is cast overall with attractive appearance and compact structure.

2. The rotation axis is formed by integrated bar stock heat stress and processing and spherical surface technological conformity of large batch of products. Meanwhile, the rotary axis is processed with special treatment to improve the hardness and corrosion resistance

3. It is fixed and supported by external double-pole. It can display its advantages of long service life and stable operation under high-speed and high pressure conditions.

4. The double spherical sealing structure enables to regulate the core and compensate automatically, which offsets the deflection and vibration of the rotator.

5. The spring is made of heat-resistant stainless steel. Even under high temperature, it guarantees a good pursuit performance and compensation. Therefore, the sealing performance is better and the service life is longer.

6. It is applicable to high-speed and high-pressure steam medium, featuring superior performance, long service life, reliability and fewer shutdown times.
